Stress testing
WHAT RESILIENCE TO WE NEED?
Stress testing is vital to help leaders make the investment decisions required to maintain essential service outcomes within acceptable tolerance thresholds.
Stress testing typically involves shifting the individual parameters that affect the resilience of the organisation then determining the impact of various severe but plausible scenarios.
Reverse stress tests or pre-mortems can also be used to imagine that a project or organization has failed, and then works backward to determine what potentially could lead to the failure.
