    Reviews – provide leaders with insights to benchmark and assess their organization’s resilience.  These reviews result in candid and in-depth evaluations of strengths and areas for improvement.  It is better to learn from the errors of others than from your own, and that it is better to benefit from the good ideas of others rather than spending the time and money to develop the same ideas yourself.  David can be your confidential and supportive sounding board. He will ask pertinent questions, challenges assumptions and helps to provide clarity and focus.

    Maturity models – are a management tool that can be used to control, benchmark and improve organisational resilience.  Bespoke Maturity Models facilitate the resilience-based approach by assessing resilience capability rather than resilience outcome. Previous work in developing risk and resilience maturity models at the University of Cranfield has developed the technical and explicit processes required.  In order to measure organisational risk maturity the wider organisational context must be considered, including intangible elements such as organisational culture and its effect on resilience thinking and behaviours.

    Coaching

    Individual coaching. David works with leaders who want support and challenge with an experienced coach who listens and asks relevant questions to help them better understand their goals. David can be your confidential and supportive sounding board. He will pertinent questions, challenges assumptions and helps to provide clarity and focus. David can help you to picture success, generate ideas, make better decisions, increase confidence and build coherence and consistency around priorities.

    Team coaching. Whilst coaching one-to-one is a very powerful, just focusing on the individual and what is going on for them personally, is only part of the picture. All really effective coaching addresses not only the individual, but the systems, of which they are a part. David can work with your team to address change from a systems perspective. As your team reflect together – and support each other’s learning – they can address real work issues to put new knowledge into action.
